About the Site

Capture Method

What looks like a cohesive whole final product was actually achieved with a detailed mixed methods approach:

• Wide area coverage - Digitized using both drone and ground-based photogrammetry to capture the full extent of the site
• Pool documentation - The pool itself was captured using both aerial and ground photogrammetry
• Terrestrial laser scanning - Added support for precise geometric measurements and hard surface accuracy
• Digital reconstruction - The pool was digitally reconstructed to ensure all hard surfaces were correct and complete
• Assembly and texturing - All parts were assembled together for final texturing and delivery

This multi-method approach ensured comprehensive coverage and geometric accuracy across the entire complex site.
